BIP Opportunities Fund, LP is an Atlanta-based investment firm focused on providing capital and operational support to emerging, high growth companies. We seek to invest between $2 million to $5 million in companies with revenues up to $15 million and may take a minority or majority position, depending on the situation.  Investments will generally be based within the Southeast but we remain opportunistic to other domestically-based investment opportunities.

BIP will focus on investing in two areas: emerging growth companies that are receiving their first round of institutional capital after founder and angel funding and more established companies with breakeven or positive cash flow that often are not ready for a traditional private equity investment (or the public markets) and may be underdeveloped for a strategic buyer.

We will invest in a broad range of industries, with our core focus on businesses in technology, healthcare, business services, franchising, software, and specialty finance - sectors where BIP professionals have successfully invested in the past.
